So you just moved, or maybe you got a new phone number. Now you are jumping through 15 hoops trying to change your contact information with a bunch of different companies. Well instead of calling up, waiting for a representative to find your account, play 20 questions trying to spell out that complicated street name, you can just update it online!
To update your contact information with HostBaby, you need to start by logging in to your "Members" area at HostBaby.com. If you don't know how to login to your Members area, Click Here for our article on how to login to the Members area.
Once logged in, you will be presented with a screen that looks like this:
You will want to click the link in the left-hand menu that says, "Edit Your Info".
The next screen you will be presented with will look like this (except it will have your info, not ours):
From here, all you need to do is update any information that is out of date.
Important note: We highly recommend your email address listed here, be for an email that is not hosted with us. The reason for this is that if anything happens to the domain, we would be unable to reach you at your hosted email as it would also be down. If you have a Gmail, Yahoo, Mac, or Live mail account, this would be best.
Important note: AOL users have reported intermittent issues with their email provider getting messages from us. Please keep this in mind when using an @aol.com email account as the primary email on file, as you may have occasional issues getting mail from us.
