Reset Your Email Password

In this article we will cover how to change the password to your email account(s) provided by HostBaby.

First, you will need to login to your Site Builder dashboard. Your dashboard is located at http://yourdomain.com/dashboard (Remember to replace the yourdomain.com part with your actual domain; For example ours would be HostBaby.com)

Once logged in you'll see this screen:

Start by clicking "Settings" on the left-hand side:

Next click the "Email Settings" button:

You will then be shown a list of all email accounts setup for your domain name. Click on the "+" next to the email account you want to change the password on:

Next, you will provide the new password. You will do this by typing in the new password you want to set for this email account by typing it into the top box of the two boxes selected in red. Then you will type the same password into the second box. We do this to ensure you have not made any errors when typing.

Finally click "Modify User - Save Changes" as shown in the Green box.

That's it, you are done. Your email account password has been changed!
