If you already own your domain name, you'll need to point the domain's nameservers to our server, to make your site live.
Pointing your nameservers / changing your DNS just means that you need to log in to wherever you registered your domain name, and look for some kind of a link to "EDIT" or "MAKE CHANGES" to your domain -- and then look for a link to change your "DNS" or "NAMESERVERS".
You'll know you've found it when you see something like "NS1.SOMETHING.COM" and "NS2.SOMETHING.COM"
Erase what's there and point it to our nameservers:
At this point, it might give you warnings that what you're doing is dangerous, but just click OK - you're doing this on purpose.
If you have ANY trouble with this, just email us and let us know. We do it all day long here, and we'd be glad to help if you want. We'd just need the web address of the place you registered your domain name, then the username and password to get in. We can do the rest.
An IMPORTANT note about your domain name: keep in mind that pointing the nameservers does NOT automatically transfer your domain to HostBaby. So your domain will stay with your current registrar. If you want to actually transfer your domain to HostBaby so that WE do the renewals for you, we can do that, just let us know. Just keep in mind that if you do NOT transfer the domain registration to HostBaby, then you WILL have to renew your domain yearly with your current registrar. :)
